Cucaginjito (a made up one from our brains that is delicious)
Ingredients
10ml Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Caster Sugar
A bunch of fresh mint leaves
50ml Gin
Soda Water
4 or 5 cucamelons
Method
Place ice, rum, mint leaves, lime juice and sugar in glass and muddle. Top off each glass with splash of soda water. Garnish with lime wedge and mint leaves. Top with fresh cucamelons.
Sparkling Borage
Ingredients
25ml Gin
25ml Elderflower Liqueur
25ml Borage Syrup
Splash Lime Juice
Splash Soda Water
Garnish: Borage Flower Ice Cubes
Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the gin, elderflower, borage syrup, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add borage flower ice cubes and top with soda water.
Cool as a Cucumber
Ingredients
25g Diced Cucumber
3 Mint Leaves
45ml Gin
30ml Apple Cider
30ml Cranberry Juice
Mint Sprig
Cucumber wheel
Method
Muddle the diced cucumber and mint in the bottom of a shaker glass. Add ice and the gin, cider and cranberry juice. Shake and strain into a tall glass filed with crushed ice.
Garnish with a cucumber wheel and a sprig of mint.
